Should Women Take Probiotics?

Probiotics are good bacteria that can help people of all ages, including children, in many ways. They are touted to boost immunity, maintain digestive health and fight off bad bacteria when you have too much of it. And yes, women of all ages- pregnant women, teenagers, and those who are over 50 should all be taking probiotic supplements as part of a healthy diet.
