  • Ensure that you are taking the proper dosage during supplementation because strains may work well at a specific level.
  • Follow proper storage instructions to prevent spoiling the strains.
  • If they're not stored properly in required refrigeration, it can reduce their viability and effectiveness.
  • Make sure to keep them cold if they're not shelf-stable, and always check the expiration date.
  • Eat a healthy diet that includes plenty of gut-friendly and fermented foods. Make sure your diet includes plenty of fiber-rich vegetables.
  • Manage your stress because it may destroy your gut health. Figure out ways to manage your stress levels and get your system back into balance.
